Before I got the A6700, I debated it for months if it was worth the upgrade from my A6300. My main issue was that I wanted something that filmed 4k at 120 frames per second because I film a lot of nature and wildlife and it would be nice to slow some things all the way down. Well, what I did not expect was how much of a difference in quality the upgrade would make. A6700 has bird detector and boy oh boy that makes a world of difference too. You can see how much my A6300 struggles to get sharp eyes on the subject and my A6700 just nails it. The clarity is a huge improvement. I know there has been lots of talk about overheating, I have not experienced it yet, fingers crossed. I did have that issue with my 6300 and almost left Sony altogether because of it but I couldnt find another 4k 120fps camera i liked in this price range so here we are and so far so good. Anyways I made this video so you can see for yourself two subjects I have filmed with both cameras and in my opinion I think it was worth the upgrade. Lagos, Nigeria, boasts a diverse range of flora and fauna despite being a densely populated urban area. The mangrove forests in Lagos are vital ecosystems that serve as breeding grounds for fish and crustaceans. They also act as natural barriers against coastal erosion and storm surges, providing protection for coastal communities. Lagos is home to numerous bird species, both resident and migratory. The Lagos Lagoon and surrounding wetlands attract a variety of waterfowl, including herons, egrets, kingfishers, and ducks. The city's parks and green spaces also provide habitat for terrestrial birds such as weavers, sunbirds, and pigeons. Despite its urbanization, Lagos contains pockets of biodiversity hotspots, particularly in its remaining natural areas such as Lekki Conservation Centre and Omu Resort. These areas harbor a wide range of plant and animal species, including monkeys, snakes, butterflies, and diverse plant species.

Unfortunately, the rich biodiversity in the region attracts bad players. Wildlife are often killed indiscriminately or sold in wet markets for superstitious beliefs. Places like Greenfinger rescue and rehabilitate these rescued animals.

Egyptian geese were considered sacred by ancient Egyptians and often appeared in their artwork and hieroglyphs. They were associated with the god Geb, who was depicted with the head of a goose.

Egyptian geese form monogamous pairs that mate for life. They are often seen in pairs or small family groups.

While Egyptian geese are not currently considered threatened or endangered, populations in their native range face threats from habitat loss, hunting, and pollution. Conservation efforts are important to ensure the continued survival of these unique birds.
